For live events and workshops, you may cancel anytime before the event begins for a full refund—no questions asked. If you attend or miss the event and are unsatisfied, you may contact us to request a refund, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

For digital products, including courses and downloadable materials, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, all sales are considered final.
